The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC GD exam for recruitment to the General Duty Constable and rifleman posts across the country. Answer key for SSC GD 2021 is made available on the official website of SSC. The answer key and response sheet of candidates can be downloaded in pdf format. Initially, the provisional key is released by SSC for candidates to calculate their predictive score and raise their objection against any answer provided in the answer key. Marking Scheme for SSC GD Exam 2021
SSC GD exam is a multiple-choice exam which is a Computer-based test(CBT). The SSC GD exam consists of four sections having 25 questions each-General Knowledge & General Awareness, General Intelligence & Logical Reasoning, English/Hindi & Elementary Mathematics. The marking scheme of the exam is discussed below:
- The exam consists of a total of 100 questions.
- Each question consists of 1 mark.
- Right answer= +1 mark
- Wrong Answer= -0.25 mark
SSC released the cut-off for SSC GD which candidates need to pass in order to qualify the exam. Qualified candidates then went through the Physical Test and Medical Examination stage.
How to Calculate score for SSC GD 2021?
Using the provisional answer key candidates can calculate their tentative score for SSC GD Exam 2021. The answer can be downloaded from the official SSC website which is made available soon after the CBT process is over. By matching their responses to the answer key candidates can predict their score. For every right answer candidates are awarded 1 mark. For wrong answers 0.25 marks are deducted. No marks are deducted for the unanswered question.

Candidates can raise the objection against any answer in the provisional answer key for SSC GD December 03 through online mode. A link is provided by the SSC to submit the objection. The link remains active for a specified time period during which candidates can submit their objections. For every objection candidates need to pay an objection fee of Rs.100. SSC GD which stands for Staff Selection Commission General Duty is also known as SSC GD Constable exam often. The SSC GD exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to fill the post of Constable and Rifleman across the country. This nationwide exam is conducted through online mode.
