TNTET Answer Key 2019

After the successful conduction of the examination, TNTET Answer key is released at the official website. Answer key helps the candidates in estimating scores of the candidates. The can also raise the objection against the provisional answer key within the time duration. After overing the process of objection raising, the final answer key is released. For calculating scores final answer key is taken into consideration.

TNTET Result 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu, Teachers Recruitment Board release the separate result for the paper I and paper II. The result is announced on the official website. The result is purely based on the performance of the candidates. For checking the result candidates have to provide login credentials on the result login page. The candidates who qualify the examination by obtaining minimum qualifying marks are awrded by the Teacher Eligibility Certificate. The candidates having certificate those are eligible to apply for the teaching job in government, semi-government and private sector.

Exam Date of Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2019

Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board is conducting TNTET 2019 on two days. Exam dates are June 8, 2019, and June 9, 2019. TRB is conducting Paper I for classes I to V teaching aspirants on day 1 from 10 AM to 1 PM. Then it is conducting Paper II for classes VI to VIII teaching aspirants on day 2 from 10 AM to 1 PM. Candidates may note that exam date was not finalized / disclosed at time of publication of notification in month of February. It was later released in the month of May. Between date of exam date reveal, and exam date, there is a fortnight gap. Candidates can see a screenshot of exam date notification below.

TNTET Hall Ticket 2019

The candidates who submit the application form on time for those hall tickets for examination is issued/ The hall ticket is released at the official website. For downloading the hall ticket / admit card candidates have to provide the login credentials. The candidates can only use online mode for downloading the hall ticket. For all the applicants it mandatory to carry hall ticket and one valid photo id mard on the day of the examination.

TNTET 2019 Exam Pattern

The TNTET 2019 examination is consist of 2 paper. Paper I is for the candidates who want to be a teacher of Class I-V students and Paper II is for those who want to be tecaher of Class IV to VIII students. From below check the detailed exam pattern of TNTET Paper I and II.

Child Development and pedagogy: Educational Psychology of Teaching and Learning (age group of 6 – 11 years(Paper -I) and age group of 11- 14 Years (Paper – II)).

Language I: The candidates have to choose any one language mentioned in the Paper-I exam pattern.

Language II English: Elements of language, Communication and Comprehension abilities.

Mathematics and Environmental Studies: Problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding.

TNTET Application Form 2019

The candidates can apply through online mode. The separate application was released for Paper I and Paper II. The candidates are able to apply for both paper but for this candidates are needed to do registration for each paper separately. In the form, candidates should fill valid details.

Application Fee

Rs. 500/- for General and OBC category candidates.
Rs 250/- for SC, SCA, ST and Person with Disability Candidates

Note: The candidates want to appear for both Paper-I and Paper-II, have to pay separately for both the paper.

Payment: The candidates can do the payment by using online and offline mode. The candidates who want to make an online payment can do it by using Net banking/Credit Card / Debit Card and who want to make an offline payment can do it through Demand Draft / Postal order etc.

TNTET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications to register TNTET Paper-I (for classes I-V)

The candidates who have passed 12th by scoring at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. or

The applicants who qualified the 12th by obtaining minimum 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE. or

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary with scoring 50% marks and qualified / appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). or

The graduate who have passed/appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. or

The candidates who passed graduation by obtaining 50% marks and passed / appearing in the final year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). or

Minimum Qualifications to register TNTET Paper-I (for classes I-V)

The graduate applicants who have done or appearing in the in the 2-year (final year) Diploma in Elementary Education. or

The candidates who have qualified graduation by scoring 50 % marks or completed / appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc. Ed. or

The candidates who have qualified graduation by scoring 45 % marks or completed / appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE. or

Candidates who have qualified Higher Secondary with scoring 50% marks and qualified / appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or 2- year Diploma in Education B.Ed (Special Education). or

The candidates who have qualified B.Ed. the programme, recognized by the NCTE are eligible.
