The company has published the UIIC Assistant Result 2017 for the Main exam on its official website. It releases a final merit list, state wise and category wise in the descending order of the marks secured by the candidate in the Main examination followed by Regional Language Test. The selection of the candidates on the basis of Online Test (Preliminary & Main) & Regional Language Test. Candidates recruited for the post of Assistant, as per the specified number of vacancies in the Merit List. At the time of Regional Language Test, candidates will have to submit the documents relating to Age / Qualification / Category etc.
UIIC Assistant Result 2017
The company announced the UIIC Assistant final result to recruit candidates against 696 vacancies after the successful conduction of all the rounds. It is to be noted that candidates who have qualified in the On-line examination (Tier-I and Tier-II) should also qualify for Regional Language Test subsequently. After the Result is announced
After the result is announced i.e. candidates who will qualify the Regional Language Test will have to submit documents pertaining to Age, Academic Qualification, Category. Failing to submit the prescribed documents, such candidates shall not be considered for recruitment even if they have qualified the test. Submitting the documents is an important part of the recruitment process as the information filled in the application form is verified.
About the Contingency list
The contingency list of candidates not exceeding 50% of the respective number of vacancies shall also be prepared and may be used in the event of non-acceptance of employment offer by the candidates selected in the final merit list.
Probation Period
The candidates appointed for the post will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months. Before the probation period comes to an end the performance of the newly recruited employees will be evaluated and those employees whose performance fails to meet Company’s expectation, may be extended as per rules.

Scale Pay for the Post of Assistant
Pay scale: Rs.14435-840(1)-15275-915(2)-17105-1030(5)-22255-1195(2)-24645-1455(3)-29010-1510(2)-32030-1610(5)
Emoluments: As per the notification, it says that the total emoluments works out to approximately Rs.23,000/- p.m. in the initial stage in a Metro city. However, other allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.
Apart from the above-mentioned allowances, other benefits such as Lump sum Domiciliary Medical Benefits, Membership of Group Mediclaim Policy for reimbursement of Hospitalisation expenses, Leave Travel Subsidy and other Staff welfare schemes shall be provided as per the rules of the United India Insurance Company Limited.
