UPTET is a teaching eligibility test conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) for schools in Uttar Pradesh. The UPTET 2026 result has been declared, and UPESSC's Special TET (Advertisement 03/2026) is scheduled for 3 November 2026, with admit cards from 31 October 2026. Eligibility tests of this kind qualify a candidate to be considered for teaching posts — they establish that you meet the standard required to apply, and are separate from the recruitment process that actually fills vacancies.
