IBPS RRB PO Result 2026: Scale I, II, III Result and Allotment

No CRP RRBs-XV Officer result has been declared yet: IBPS's Tentative Calendar puts the Scale I Preliminary on 21 and 22 November 2026 and the Scale I Main and Scale II/III Single exam on 20 December 2026. The notification schedules the Preliminary result for December 2026/January 2027, the Main/Single result for January 2027, interviews for January/February 2027 and provisional allotment for February/March 2027. The most recent Officer results on ibps.in are CRP RRBs-XIV reserve-list allotments posted on 29 September 2026.

How the IBPS RRB Officer result works, stage by stage

Scale I Preliminary: qualifying

You must clear both Preliminary tests by securing the minimum cut-off marks; an adequate number of candidates in each category is called for the Main. Preliminary marks do not count further. In CRP RRBs-XIII, IBPS posted Scale I Preliminary scores on 17 September 2024.

Main / Single result: the interview shortlist

For Scale I only Main marks count; for Scale II and III the Single exam counts. You need a minimum score in each test, and candidates in each category not exceeding three times the declared vacancies are called for interview. In past cycles the result was a "Result Status" login rather than a published list: in CRP RRBs-XIII the Main and Single result status appeared on 4 November 2024 and interview call letters on 5 November 2024, and for CRP RRBs-XIV the IBPS homepage linked a single "Result Status of Online Examination" for Officers Scale I, II and III. Main scores are not shared with shortlisted candidates until the interview process is complete.

Interview and the combined final result

The interview carries 100 marks, with minimum qualifying marks of not less than 40% (35% for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates). The online exam and interview are combined in an 80:20 ratio, and you must qualify in both and be high enough in merit. Interview scores of candidates who fail to secure the minimum are not disclosed. Scores are normalised by the equi-percentile method; ties go to the candidate senior in age. In CRP RRBs-XIII the combined result for provisional allotment came on 1 January 2025.

After the result: allotment and reserve list

Provisional allotment to a Regional Rural Bank is on a merit-cum-preference basis and is not an offer of employment: the allotted RRB verifies your eligibility documents. A reserve list is drawn in each category, and if RRBs report more vacancies within one year after the date of provisional allotment, IBPS allots from it three to four times. The whole process lapses one year after provisional allotment or when a fresh allotment is made, whichever is earlier.
