The IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Preliminary call letter for CRP RRBs-XV was not out as of 27 October 2026; the newest item on IBPS's CRP RRBs-XV page is the vacancy corrigendum dated 25 September 2026. The notification schedules the Preliminary call letter for November/December 2026, and IBPS's tentative calendar puts the Officer Scale I Preliminary on 21 and 22 November 2026, with the Scale I Main and the Scale II and III Single exam on 20 December 2026.

How do you download the IBPS RRB Officer call letter?

All call letters, for the Preliminary, Main or Single exam and the interview, are downloaded from the official IBPS website by entering your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. No hard copy of the call letter or Information Handout is sent by post or courier. The Information Handout is released for download with the call letter, and IBPS may send an intimation to your registered email ID. Watch the CRP RRBs-XV page as well.

The call letter carries your centre, venue address, date and time. Scale I applicants selected centres within the State/UT they applied for, but IBPS may allot a centre outside that State/UT, and no request for change of centre is entertained. Pre-Examination Training, offered online to a limited number of SC, ST, OBC and minority Scale I applicants who opted for it, is scheduled for November 2026.

Separate call letters for each stage

Officer Scale I: Preliminary and Main

The Preliminary call letter is not collected at the venue: staff stamp it and your ID photocopy and return them. You must bring both to the Main exam with the Main call letter; candidates without the stamped Preliminary call letter and ID copy are not allowed to sit the Main. The Main call letter is scheduled for December 2026/January 2027, and only those who clear both Preliminary tests by the minimum cut-off receive it.

Officer Scale II and III: Single exam

There is no Preliminary for Scale II and III. At the Single exam (tentatively 20 December 2026) you submit the call letter with the ID proof copy stapled together after the examination, along with the scribe form if you use a scribe.

Interview call letter (all scales)

Interviews are coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with NABARD and IBPS, and are tentatively scheduled for January/February 2027, with interview call letters in January 2027. You download the interview call letter from the IBPS website and bring its printout, a system-generated printout of your online application, proof of date of birth, photo ID and other documents. Your graduation result must have been declared on or before 21 September 2026. Scanned documents are also uploaded through a link on the IBPS website.

What to carry and the exam-day rules

  • Call letter with your photograph pasted and one additional copy of the same photograph; without either you will not be allowed to appear. IBPS advises keeping about 8 copies.
  • Original photo ID plus photocopy, in exactly the name on the call letter: PAN Card, Passport, permanent Driving License, Voter's Card, Bank Passbook with photograph, Aadhaar/E-Aadhaar, Employee ID or Bar Council ID, among others. Ration Card and Learner's Driving License are not accepted; a changed name needs the original Gazette notification, marriage certificate or affidavit.
  • Your photograph and right thumb impression may be captured and matched with your application photo; wash off mehndi or ink beforehand. Online Aadhaar verification may also be done.
  • Banned: mobile phones, earphones, health bands, any watch, calculators, goggles, belts, caps, hair-pins, any metallic item and any eatable, opened or packed.

Complaints about a call letter go to cgrs.ibps.in.
