All applicants are required to comply with the minimum eligibility conditions as specified by the High Court for the recruitment. We are providing here the eligibility criteria for Delhi High Court JJA recruitment 2020.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates who wish to apply for Delhi High Court JJA 2020 must have a graduate degree.
- Applicants must also have a typing speed of 35 words per minute on computer.
Age limit:
- Candidates’ age should not be below 18 years and not over 27 years. However, the age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to specific categories.
- The age limit is calculated as on January 01, 2020.
- The age of the applicants are recorded as per the date provied in the Matriculation / Secondary exam certificate only.

Delhi High Court JJA 2020 Selection Process
Recruitment of Junior Judicial Assistant / Restorer at the High Court of Delhi is through a multi stage selection process. The applicants have to undergo two stages of examinations at first viz. preliminary & main and then an English typing test before the final interview. Stage I (Preliminary)
Applicants have to take a preliminary written test. This is the first and qualifying stage of the recruitment selection process. The preliminary exam is for a total of 120 marks which must be completed within 120 minutes (02 hours)
Stage II (Main)
The stage II of the selection process is a main examination. The main examination is descriptive in nature where the candidates have to answer a question paper of 100 marks. The time allowed for the main exam is 120 minutes (02 hours).
Stage III (English Typing Test)
Applicants qualifying in the preliminary and main exam must take the typing test at the fourth stage of the selection process. The candidates are to be assessed against the standard typing speed of 35 words per minute on a computer.
Stage IV (Interview)
This is the final stage of the selection process. Candidates who qualify through the previous stage of the examination are eligible to appear in the final interview. The interview is for a total of 25 marks where candidates have to score at least 50% for final selection.
