How to Download the Admit Card
To download the admit card candidates have to visit the OJAS Portal of NIC. Detailed steps to download the admit card are as follows:
Step 1: After visiting the OJAS Portal of NIC and click on ‘Print Call Letter’ option.

Step 2: After clicking on ‘Print Call Letter’ option, a page will open where candidates have to select the job they have applied for, and then have to add their Confirmation Number and Date of Birth. After that they can click on the option of ‘Print Call Letter’ to get their admit card downloaded.

Forgot Confirmation Number
It is suggested that candidates keep their confirmation number safe, until the recruitment is over, but if in case candidate has lost it and wanted to know their confirmation number then they have to:
- Go to the OJAS Portal of NIC.
- Click on the option of ‘Print Call Letter’ option.
- Below the option of entering the login details, they can see the option which says, Click here to know your Confirmation Number. As given below:

- Here the candidates have to select the job and add the application number or they can also add their registered mobile number and birth date. After filling the required entries they can click on ‘Get Details’ to know their Confirmation Number.

Viva-voce (Oral Interview) Test: Candidates will be eligible for oral interview, only if they have scored 40% marks in remaining two exams. Viva-voce will be of 50 marks and it will judge the mental alertness,balance of judgement, power of assimilation and other related factors of the candidate.
Exam Instructionss
- Candidates should download their admit card from the official website of Gujarat high court or from the HC-OJAS Portal of NIC.
- If the application form is submitted carefully, then only the admit card will be released for the candidates.
- Candidates are not allowed to carry Electronic Gadgets, Laptop, Tablets, Mobile/Cell Phones etc in examination hall.
- Expense of travelling to the exam centre will not be paid by the commission, candidates have to bear it by themselves.
Production of Bond
Candidates who are appointed for the post, has to sign the Bond of Rs 5 lacs, ensuring that after joining the job they will stay in the service for minimum tenure of 3 years, after the successful completion of the training. If in case any of the candidate doesn’t stay with the commission for the said tenure then they have to pay the amount mentioned in the bond.
