How to Check HSSC Instructor Result 2019
The result will be a pdf file in which the roll number of the candidates will be mentioned. The candidates must note that the roll number (as mentioned in the admit card) of only the selected candidates will be in it and if your roll number is not present that means you have not qualified the exam. To check the result only online medium will be made available. The steps to check the result are as follows.

- A dedicated link pertaining to the Result will be displayed. Click on the link to open the result.
- Download the file into your computer and search for your roll number.
- The result will contain a lot of roll number so use this shortcut – Ctrl+F and enter your roll number in the search bar.
- You must also take a print out of the result for further use.
Significance of HSSC Instructor Result
If you find your roll number in the result file then your provisional selection has been done but there is still one last hurdle to cross which is document verification. The final selection will be done after carefully examining the documents.
After Declaration of HSSC Instructor Result 2019
After the result is declared candidates who have qualified will have to appear for document verification conducted by the Commission. The date, time and venue for the document verification will be communicated by the commission as per the schedule. The candidate will have to mandatory appear for the document verification and absentee candidates will be rejected.
Preparation for Document Verification
The candidate will have to collect all the documents in original and valid. The candidate must note that only those documents will be considered whose scanned copy they uploaded during the application form. The documents other than these though valid and true will not be considered.
- Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
- SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/ PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate (if applicable).
- Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience (if applicable).
- Haryana Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
- Documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. on which basis candidate claim marks.
Selection Procedure for HSSC Instructor
The Selection Process is quite straightforward consisting of three stages mentioned below.

- Document Verification
The total 100 marks are assigned in total to the written exam and the Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience. The distribution of marks is as follows.
Distribution of Marks
The 10 marks of Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience is allocated as per the following criteria.
Case 1 – If neither the candidate nor any person form his/her family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India. – (5 Marks)
Case 2 – If candidate is any of the following – (5 Marks)
- A widow
- The first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years (OR)
- The first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years.
Case 3 – If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas
Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste
nor a Backward Class. – (5 Marks)
Case 4 – Experience – One half (0.5) marks for each year or part thereof exceeding six months of experience (out of maximum of sixteen years) on the same or a higher post in any Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana. – (Maximum 8 Marks)
Note: No marks shall be awarded for any period less than six months.

A. If the candidate is not applicable for Socio-Economic Criteria then he/she will not get the marks for it. However he/she can still be selected based on the performance in written examination.
A. Only those candidates who have the domicile of Haryana and are eligible for any of the reservation will get the benefit of reservation. Reserved category candidates belonging to other States will compete against the posts meant for general category and will be considered as general category candidates as there is no reservation available for them.
A. The educational qualification degrees and certificates granted by the Universities recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) or by Haryana Government will be considered true and valid.
