Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the written exam, followed by an interview round. The written exam will be of 175 marks and the total marks of the interview will be 25.

Pay Scale: The pay scale for the Staff Assistant Post is Rs.11765 -570/5 -14615 -655/6–18545- 815/5 -22620 -980/2 -24580 -1145/5 -30305 (24 stages) + 4 Stagnation Increments of Rs.1145/- each bi-annually after reaching maximum on the scale. However, the current initial salary is Rs. 18000, including of DA and HRA.

The criteria of eligibility that the candidates will have to satisfy is as mentioned below.

Domicile: Only the local candidates of Andhra Pradesh are invited to apply for the recruitment. However, Staff of PACS may also apply. The Local candidates must need to satisfy the criteria below:

Education Qualification: The educational criteria for the Local candidates is that they must have been Graduated from a recognized University and must be comfortable with English and Local language (Telugu). Candidates possessing computer skills will be given preference.

The candidates applying under Staff of PACS category will be must have done Intermediate, followed by JDC or Graduation. The course must have been done from a recognized University, as on July 01, 2017.
