MAHA TET Syllabus 2021: Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) releases the MAHA TET syllabus on the official website. Candidates can check the syllabus at mahatet.in or from this page. Candidates who are appearing in the MAHA TET 2021 must know about the syllabus and pattern of the exam. The MAHA TET Syllabus 2021 is available for Paper-1 and Paper-2 in the pdf form. MAHA TET Syllabus 2021
The detailed syllabus of MAHA TET includes two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for candidates who intend to become teachers of primary (class I-V) and paper 2 is for candidates who want to become teachers of upper primary (VI – VIII).
Syllabus of Paper 1 for primary (class I-V)
1- Language 1 and 2
Language-1 and Language-2 subjects can be choosen as in the following groups.

2- Mathematics:
The questions related to mathematics topics will be based on the basic concepts of mathematics, logic, problem solving and pedagogical knowledge of mathematics. It will be based on the 8th standard course.
3- Campus Study:
The topics related to campus study will be based on the basic linkages of general science, history, civics, geography, environment and pedagogical knowledge of the subject according to the 5th Primary Education course.
The subject of campus studies is integrated into the first language. The scope of campus exercise will be conformance with the prevailing syllabus of 1st to 5th grade.
4- Child Psychology and Pedagogy:
The topics from this section will be based on concerning educational psychology of children from 6 to 11 years of age. It also includes questions based on the special needs children, their talents, school interactions, good teaching skills. Mainly it is based on the teaching methods, evaluation methods of various subjects.
Syllabus of Paper -II for upper primary (class VI – VIII)

For paper 2 candidates can choose Language-1 and Language-2 subjects from the following groups.

2- Child Psychology and Pedagogy:
The questions will be asked in this subject is related to the educational psychology and teaching process of the students of the age group of 7 to 8 years. It also includes questions based on the children with special needs, their qualifications, school interactions, the quality of a good teacher. The questions based on the teaching methods, evaluation methods of various subjects.
The syllabus will be applicable for prevailing teacher education diploma course and the prevailing B.E. Ed is based on the syllabus prescribed and the course currently being started in the particular state.
3- Mathematics Subject:
The questions in this sections will be related to the basics of science and mathematics, problem solving abilities, mathematical and science teaching scientific knowledge. The relevant subject in the existing elementary education will be applicable from Classes to VII.
4- Social Science Subject:
The questions will be related to concepts, content and pedagogical knowledge in social science and current primary education courses, etc. the syllabus of classes VII to VII, questions will be of the rigorous level of examination in high school.

MAHA TET 2021 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test 2021 is provided below:
No of Questions: A total of 150 questions for each paper.
Duration: Total of 90 minutes is given.
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions only
Total Marks: The total marks are 150 for each paper.
Marking Scheme: One mark is given for a correct answer. There is no negative marking.

About MAHA TET
Maharashtra State Council of Examination conducts the MAHA TET exam. In 2021, the exam is being conducted is to upgrade and check the eligibility of the candidates for primary school teachers (1st to 5th) and upper primary (6th to 8th) teachers. It is a two-level examination i.e. paper 1 and paper 2. Paper 1 is being held for those candidates who intend to be a teacher for Primary Classes (Class I to Class V). Paper 2 test is for those who want to be a teacher for Upper Primary Classes (Class VI to Class VIII). Candidates can appear in the TET examination again to increase their scores.
