OSSC AYUSH Assistant Syllabus 2019 – Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) is conducting the written examination for AYUSH assistant. The recruitment is done through written examination, career marking and document verification. The candidates who qualify the written examination further called for the document verification process. In the ratio of two times the total number of vacancies, the candidates will be called upon for the document verification round. The written examination is a 100 marks paper of 1 hour and consist of 100 questions of 1 marke each. There is also a negative marking 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The OSSC AYUSH assistant syllabus 2019 pdf download is released by the Odisha Staff Selection Commission. They have, however, defined the areas from which the examination will ask the questions. Exam Pattern

Candidates seeking the syllabus must first know the format of the OSSC AYUSH assistant 2019 examination. The exam pattern gives a lot of insight into the question paper’s syllabus. Below is the examination pattern for OSSC AYUSH Assistant 2019.

Mode of Exam: The test is carried out in pen-paper mode.
Duration: The examination will take 1 hour. 
Number of questions: The examination will contain a total of 100 questions.
Type of questions: All questions are of the MCQ.
Marking scheme: The candidate will earn 1 mark each for each correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for the wrong answers.

Preparation Tips for OSSC AYUSH Assistant 2019

The candidates who have started to prepare for the examination must concentrate on the following tips. Next, candidates have to clarify the basics and then begin with the hard part.

Refer 12 class Odisha board: Candidates must refer to the class 12th Odisha board of the particular subject. Candidates must clear the all the concepts of 12th class Odhsha board syllabus to clear the examination. Concentrate more on the difficult section of the syllabus.

Read Newspaper daily: For General Knowledge, there is a section of 10 marks where candidates ‘ awareness will be assessed. The candidates must read the daily newspaper. This will help candidates to understand the current affairs as well as the reading habits.

Time Management: Maintain a schedule. Track your hours of prduction. See if you can cover at least 6 hours of productive hours in a day, as the exam is nearly here.

Speed and Accuracy: The exam will have to be answered in 60 minutes with 100 questions. Candidates have to maintain their speed and try to attempt every right questions. Try to keep time to review all of the questions that have asked in the examination.

About OSSC

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) is a commission established by Odisha’s state government to recruit various positions for state government departments. The OSSC recruitment screening procedure usually consists of a first-stage written test. This commission was set up on January 19, 1994, the first chairman being Sri Sarat Chandra Mishra. The commission’s first headquarters was in Cuttack, which on September 12, 2000 was further moved to Bhabneshwar.
