RRB Ministerial & Isolated Admit Card 2026: TT E-Call Out

The RRB Isolated Categories (CEN 08/2025) e-call letter for the Junior Translator (Hindi) Translation Test was released on 26 October 2026, for a test scheduled on 30 October 2026. The CBT admit cards for all eight posts were issued on 10 July 2026, and the CBT was held on 14 and 15 July 2026. Candidates shortlisted from that CBT for Document Verification receive separate DV e-call letters from their own RRB.

Translation Test admit card (Junior Translator/Hindi)

• Who gets it: only Junior Translator (Hindi) candidates shortlisted on CBT merit, at 10 times the vacancies. RRB Chandigarh alone shortlisted 261 candidates.
• Schedule: the Translation Test notice of 9 October 2026 fixes the test (a CBT) for 30 October 2026.
• City slip: the exam city and date link, with the Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates, opens 10 days before the test. The link was posted on 20 October 2026.
• E-call letter: downloads start 4 days before the test date shown on the city slip. The link was posted on 26 October 2026.
• The test is qualifying only, with a pass mark of 60%. Junior Translator merit is based on CBT marks alone.

How to download the RRB Isolated Categories call letter

The candidate login page asks for your Registration Number and a password that is your date of birth. If you have lost the registration number, get it from rrbapply.gov.in using your credentials or check your registered email. The same link was used for the CBT city intimation, the e-call letter, the answer key and the score card under CEN 08/2025. The helpdesk is +91 9513632711, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No call letter is sent by post. Details also come by SMS and email, but the CEN warns that these may not be delivered.

Exam-day rules under CEN 08/2025

• Bring the e-call letter and a valid original photo ID: Voter ID, Aadhaar card or printout of e-Aadhaar, driving licence, PAN card, passport, employer ID for government employees, or school/college/university ID if still studying.
• Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication is done before entry. Bring your original Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar, and keep Aadhaar unlocked in the UIDAI system.
• Bring a colour passport photograph not older than two months from the date of the CBT, DV or medical.
• Write the self-declaration paragraph, sign and give your left thumb impression only at the venue, in front of the invigilator. A declaration written in advance or a signature in CAPITAL letters is rejected.

Under CEN 08/2025, only the e-call letter is allowed inside the test centre. Mobile phones, watches, earphones, Bluetooth devices, health bands, calculators, pens, pencils, belts, caps, purses, water bottles and food are banned, and a pen is provided. Do not apply henna on hands or feet, because it obstructs biometric capture. A cloak room may not be available. Scribe-eligible candidates get 120 minutes for the CBT instead of 90.

The CBT call letters (July 2026)

A tentative schedule notice of 29 June 2026 fixed the CBT for 14 and 15 July 2026. The city intimation link and a static mock test link went up on 4 July 2026, and the e-call letter link on 10 July 2026.
