RRB Group D Admit Card

The RRB Group D admit card (e-call letter) for CEN 09/2025 is out. Your e-call letter is published four days before your own exam date, so if your CBT falls later in the 3 to 21 August 2026 window it will appear closer to that date. The exam city and date intimation slip was released earlier, on 25 July 2026. Both are downloaded from the RRB portal using your registration number and date of birth.

City slip and admit card are two different things
Candidates routinely confuse these, so to be clear:

The city slip exists so that candidates travelling long distances can plan; you cannot enter the exam hall on it. SC and ST candidates also download a travel authority where applicable.
How to download the RRB Group D admit card
- Open the direct e-call letter link for CEN 09/2025, or go to the official RRB website for the region you applied to.
- Enter your registration number and date of birth / password.
- Download and print the call letter, and read the instructions printed on it carefully.
What to carry to the exam
- Printed e-call letter
- Original photo identity proof matching the application details
- The same photograph uploaded with the application, where instructed
What is banned in the exam hall
Calculators and electronic gadgets are prohibited. Possession of a mobile phone, Bluetooth device or any wireless communication device — even switched off — leads to cancellation of candidature and debarment from RRB examinations, besides any legal action. This is enforced strictly.
Can the exam date or venue be changed?
No. The notification states plainly that requests for postponement of any stage, or for a change of venue, date or shift, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Practise the actual CBT interface first
The RRBs publish an official mock test that mirrors the real exam software, so the interface is familiar on exam day. It is worth ten minutes even if you have taken other online tests.
