RSMSSB Selection Process
RSMSSB conducts multiple stages of selection to evaluate and shortlist eligible candidates for a particular recruitment. Conventionally, the RSMSSB Results are released after the completion of each selection stage. It may consist of a written exam followed by an interview for the final selection of candidate. Check out each recruitment stage below.
Written exam: The RSMSSB conducts written test in the offline mode for the shortlisting of eligible candidates after the completion of the application process. Candidates must check the details of the written exam on the corresponding recruitment advertisement. The exam pattern and syllabus of the written exam is indicated through the official advertisement for the corresponding recruitment.
Interview: A face to face interview often follows the preliminary selection tests during which, the candidates are evaluated for their suitability for final appointment. Candidates are required to produce the original documents for the certificate verification stage which is conducted along with the interview stage in most recruitments.
Compilation of RSMSSB Result 2020
RSMSSB result 2020 is compiled on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam and the final interview. However, candidates are required to qualify in the written exam by securing the minimum qualifying marks in the written exam to be shortlisted for appearance in the final interview. The marks obtained in the written exam and the final interview are considered for selection of the candidates for the final merit list. Appointment of candidates to the advertised posts are conducted on the basis of the final merit list.
