Emoluments:
The scales of pay applicable to different grades are furnished above. The officials will also be eligible for DA, HRA and CCA as per rule in force from time to time. The compensation per annum on CTC basis is around Rs 18 Lacs for an officer of MMGS-III.
SBI Special Management Executives Eligibility Criteria 2018

Education Qualification
- CA / ICWA / ACS / MBA (Finance) or equivalent post graduation degree in Finance qualified candidates can apply online for the SBI Special Management Executive jobs.
Experience Required: For SME (MMGS III) posts: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience (as on 31.12.2017) as an Executive in Supervisory/ Management role:
- a). In a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank. OR
- b). In a Public Sector or listed Financial Institution/ Company. Candidates having experience in processing of credit proposals are preferred.
Age Limit (As on 31.03.2018)
- For SME (MMGS III) posts: 30 – 40 years
SBI SME 2018 Application Form
Only those who are eligible must apply. Those who are applying for Special Management Executives (SME) (MMGS II, III Posts) can do so online at http://www.sbi.co.in. A candidate can apply for only one post under this project.
The most significant aspects of SBI SME 2018 Application Form are following:-
- Enter correct data in the form. All that you fill up in the form will later be verified against official documents. Hence avoid errors at all costs.
- Make sure to submit the application form for SBI recruitment before the last date.
- Pay the requisite application fee (Rs 600 for General and others candidates, and Rs 100 for SC / ST / PWD).
SBI Special Management Executives Recruitment 2018 Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates will be on the basis of the online objective test, group exercise and/or interview.
Online Objective Examination: Candidates are required to qualify in each of the objective tests by securing minimum passing marks, which will be decided by the bank.

Group Exercise And / Or Interview (50) Marks
The marks of objective test of the qualified candidates will be arranged in descending order of merit and candidates maximum three times of the number of vacancies in each category will be called for group exercise and/ or interview.
The candidates will have to qualify both in Online Test and GE & Interview separately.
Marks secured by the candidates in the Online Examination will be normalized to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercise and/or Interview (out of 50 marks) will be normalized to out of 25. The final merit list will be arrived at after aggregating normalized marks of Online Examination and Group Exercise & Interview.
The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.
