The candidate should possess the following criteria for AIIMS SR/SD application:
- Only the DNB/MD/MS/PhD/M.Sc qualified candidates(before 28.02.2022 will be taken as eligible for this post
- For the post of Senior Resident/Senior Demonstration in the department of Anatomy, Pharmacology, Biophysics, and Biochemistry, both Medical as well as non-Medical candidates can apply.
- For other departments (accepts Medical Physics ) only medical candidates can apply.
- Only non-medical candidates can apply for the post of Senior Demonstrator in Medical physics – only non-medical candidates can apply

The candidates can go through the following simple steps to submit the AIIMS SR SD 2022 application form:
Registration form:
- Check the Prospectus at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- Select the online registration
- Fill in the mandatory banking details to pay an online fee for the same.
- Submit the fee payment section
- Fill in the other required details
- Upload the scanned copy of the photo/signature/ left thumb impression.

The All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi releases the AIIMS SR SD Answer key for the recruitment of the AIIMS SR SD Exam on its official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates can download the Answer Key for AIIMS SR SD, by entering login credentials such as application ID and password. Answer key will help the candidates, in calculating the marks distribution. The provisional and final answer key sometimes varies from each other. Applicants can check both, the official and unofficial Answer keys respectively to calculate their marks. AIIMS SR SD Selection Procedure 2022
The selection procedure for the post of Senior Resident or Senior demonstrator will be based on the merit list of the recruitment test. The qualified candidates can get the opportunity to meet an interview. The interview carries 20 Marks. The total no. of candidates called for the interview will be 3 times the required seats. After qualifying successfully in the interview, the candidates will be chosen for the post of Senior Resident or Senior demonstrator.
