Eligibility Criteria

Class III post(Personal Post):

  • Minimum Qualification: Aspirants applying for this post must have completed graduation with diploma or have Certificate in Stenography with CCC issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society
  • No. of Posts: 250
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on July 07, 2016
  • Fixed Salary per month: Rs. 28,800/-

Class III post:

Reader-

  • Minimum Qualification: Those who are applying for this post must have an intermediate degree with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/ NIELIT Society and typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute for Hindi/English.
  • Number of posts: 250
  • Age limit: 18 to 40 Years as on 01 July 2016
  • Fixed Salary per month: Rs. 24,200/-

Munsarim:

  • Minimum Qualification: For this post, an Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/NIELIT Society and typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute for Hindi/English is required.
  • Number of posts: 250
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on July 01, 2016
  • Fixed Salary per month: Rs. 24,200/-

Suit Clerk:

  • Minimum Qualification: Candidates must have an intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC/NIELIT Society and typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute for Hindi/English.
  • No. of Posts: 250

  • Fixed Salary per month: Rs. 21,150/-

Misc. Clerk:

  • Minimum Qualification: You must have qualified the either of the following:
    • B.E. (Computer Science or related subject) or equivalent higher qualification from a recognized University, OR
    • M.C.A./ M.Sc. (Computer Science or related subject) from a recognized University, OR
    • Secondary Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with ‘B’ level course certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT.
  • No. of posts: 205
  • Age Limit: Not above the age of 30 years on July 01,2016
  • Fixed Salary per month: Rs. 50,000/-

Selection Procedure

The selection procedure is different for each post, the procedure is given as follows:

1. Class-IV post: (Total Vacancies:250)

  • Stage-I Written Examination: This stage will be an objective type examination of 100 questions.
  • Stage-II Written Examination: There will be another offline round containing 100 multiple choice questions.

The combined merit-List will be released in PDF format as per the total marks achieved in Stage-I and Stage-II.

2. Contractual ICT posts: (Total vacancies:205)

  • Stage I: Aspirants will be tested on the basis of their knowledge in Software, Hardware and Networking and will be of 100 marks.
  • Stage II: Programming based test which will analyse candidate’s skill in programming.

After the above two stages, merit- list will be made based on the performance of total marks of candidate.

3. Personal Assistant: (Total Vacancies:250)

  • Candidate will need to go through three stages of exam to clear the exam.
  • Offline Examination: Multiple choice type questions need to be answered on OMR sheet
  • Computer Type Test: Candidate will have to type 250 words in Hindi Computer Test and 300 words in English Computer test and will be given 10 minutes respectively.
  • Stenography Test: This will be a shorthand test in which candidate will be dictated a text of 500 words for 5 minutes by the dictator and candidates will have to thoroughly listen to dictated content and type with a speed of 40 w.p.m. within 30 minutes. For Hindi, candidates will be dictated a text of 400 words and they will be given 5 minutes to type 30 w.p.m. within 30 minutes.

Merit-list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained by candidate in Offline examination, Hindi/English Type test on Computer, and Stenography test and Typing test.

4. Class III post (Reader, Munsarim, Suit Clerk, Misc. Clerk): 250 vacancies for each post

Selection will be as per the performance in the following stages:

  • Offline Examination: It will a written exam containing multiple choice questions.
  • Computer Type Test: After the announcement of offline examination, candidates will have to appear for this stage, they will have to type 250 and 300 words in Hindi and English respectively in the passage of 10 minutes.
  • How the result will be prepared-There will be no interview round. Based on the total marks achieved by the candidate, a merit-list will be prepared.
