Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) will issue the EPFO Assistant Admit Card / Call Letter 2019 to the registered candidates. EPFO Assistant admit card will be available for the examination on the official portal www.epfindia.gov.in. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation is going to conducting the Preliminary test for the post of Assistant on July 30 and 31, 2019. EPFO Assistant Admit Card / Call Letter 2019

Candidates should have a valid email address and mobile number, on which the Intimation of downloading call letters will be sent. You can download the admit card from the official website or use the direct link which will be provided here for the convenience of applicants. How to Download Admit Card

Candidates have to visit the EPFO’s website for downloading call letters for online test. Intimation for downloading call letter shall be sent through email/SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download. The candidate is required to use the following details:

  • Registration Number/Roll Number
  • Password/Date of Birth for downloading the call letter.

Candidate needs to affix recent recognizable photograph on the call letter preferably the same as provided during registration and appear at the examination centre with (i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof.

Note:

  • Phase –I is qualifying in nature and marks will not be reckoned for final merit.
  • For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question.
  • The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase – I.
  • If the examination is held in more than one session, the scores across various sessions will be equated following standard practice to adjust for slight differences in the difficulty level of different test batteries used across sessions.

Note:

  • The marks obtained in Phase – II will be considered for final selection.
  • For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question.
  • Descriptive paper will be completely online, i.e. the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will have to type the answers using the keyboard. The descriptive paper will be conducted online immediately after completion of an online objective test of Phase-II Main Examination.

Exam Centers

While applying online application, the candidate must select the center in the application form in which he/she desires to take the exam. The written examination will be held at the following centers for Phase –I Preliminary Examination:

  • The examination centers for Phase-II, Main Examination shall be allotted to any of the above centers as per the discretion of EPFO.
  • The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters.
  • No request for change of center/venue/date/session for Examination shall be entertained.
