Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has issued the EPFO Assistant Admit Card / Call Letter 2019 to the registered candidates. EPFO Assistant admit card is available for the examination on the official portal http://www.epfindia.gov.in. Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation is going to conducting the Preliminary test for the post of Assistant on July 30 and 31, 2019. EPFO Assistant Admit Card / Call Letter 2019
Candidates should have a valid email address and mobile number, on which the Intimation of downloading call letters is sent. You can download the admit card from the official website or use the direct link which is provided here for the convenience of applicants. How to Download Admit Card
Candidates have to visit the EPFO’s website for downloading call letters for online test. Intimation for downloading call letter is sent through email/SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download. The candidate is required to use the following details:
Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. epfindia.gov.in
Step 2: Search for the link of admit card Or you can click the link provided above.
Step 3: Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number
Step 4: Then type Password/Date of Birth and hit the Login button.
Step 5: The admit card will be generated for downloading.
Candidate needs to affix recent recognizable photograph on the call letter preferably the same as provided during registration and appear at the examination centre with (i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof.
What if I Forgot my Password?
Worry not! there is an option provided in the login window if you have forgotten your login password. Follow the step below to know more.
- On the login window, click on the Forgot Password link.
- A new window which asks some of your details will open.
- Provide your Registration No. & Mobile No. OR Email ID.
- After that, click on the Submit button.
- Now, check your email or sms. The link to reset the password will be sent there.

Scheme of Examination for the post of Assistant is as under:-

Note:
- Phase –I is qualifying in nature and marks will not be reckoned for final merit.
- For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question.
- The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase – I.
- If the examination is held in more than one session, the scores across various sessions will be equated following standard practice to adjust for slight differences in the difficulty level of different test batteries used across sessions.

Note:
- The marks obtained in Phase – II will be considered for final selection.
- For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question.
- Descriptive paper will be completely online, i.e. the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will have to type the answers using the keyboard. The descriptive paper will be conducted online immediately after completion of an online objective test of Phase-II Main Examination.
Exam Centers
While applying online application, the candidate must select the center in the application form in which he/she desires to take the exam. The written examination will be held at the following centers for Phase –I Preliminary Examination:
Note:
- The examination centers for Phase-II, Main Examination shall be allotted to any of the above centers as per the discretion of EPFO.
- The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters.
- No request for change of center/venue/date/session for Examination shall be entertained.
