Answer key of HSSC Instructor 2019
The commission has released the answer key of HSSC Instructor 2019 at the official website, hssc.gov.in. The answer key is released for Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, Haryana, Panchkula was conducted on December 03, 2019 to December 12, 2019 by the Commission. Candidates can also file objections against the HSSC Instructor 2019 answer key before the scheduled date. The Commission will not consider any objection afterwards.

Application Form for HSSC Instructor 2019
The application form will be a online process and the form can be filled once the process starts. Only one application form per candidate will be allowed. Use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome to fill the form.

Re-Advertisement of Some of the Posts
Some of the posts were initiated before but the same were cancelled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. Now the posts are being re-advertised in this recruitment process.
Relaxation in age and fees for candidates who applied earlier
So the candidates who had applied earlier against these posts and are eligible against the re-advertised posts will be given age relaxation (if required). However, such candidates will have to apply afresh alongwith proof of depositing the application fee. They are required to upload the fee Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury/e-Challan as the case may be, along with the fresh application form and will produce the original Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury /eChallan at the time of verification.
Note: The candidates who have applied earlier against these posts and do not fulfill the educational qualification prescribed for the above posts shall be entitled for refund of fee.

Likely Causes of Rejection of Application
- Application is Incomplete.
- Full fee, if not deposited in the manner prescribed.
- Applicant does not possess the requisite academic qualification on cutoff date.
- Variation in data of online application form and in original documents if detected at any stage.
- Lack of essential qualification.
Eligiblity Criteria for HSSC Instructor 2019
The candidates are required to pass the eligibility criteria as defined by the Commission to be able to give the exam. The eligibility is the responsibilty of the candidates and they have to prove that with supporting documents whenever asked by the Commission. The eligibility criteria is as follows.
Educational Qualification: The specific posts require specific qualification. However the knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit is a must. The candidate must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education.
Age: The age of the candidate must be between 17 – 42 years of age.
Relaxation in Age
The relaxation of age is given to the candidates of specific categories as per the rules of the government. The relaxation in age given below are for the candidates of Haryana State domicile only.
- In the case of Scheduled Caste (SC) Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B) the upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years.
- In the case of PwD General Candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for PWD candidates who are SCs/BCs)
- For Ex-servicemen Candidates, relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is permissible.
- The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and unmarried woman will be upto 47 years.
- The relaxation in maximum age is given to candidates who have worked or are presently working in any Department of Haryana Government. The relaxation given will be equal to the period he has worked for excluding periods of break (if any).

Admit Card for HSSC Instructor 2019
The admit cad will be released in the online format for the written examination as per the schedule on the official website (hssc.gov.in). To download the admit card candidates are required to enter the registration number and the password. Date of exam, venue of exam centre and the reporting time will be mentioned in it. It is mandatory to carry the hard copy of the downloaded admit card to the exam centre.
Exam Pattern for HSSC Instructor 2019
The HSSC instructor selection includes maximum marks of 100. These 100 marks are distributed among two stages, one is written exam and the other is Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience. The exam pattern is given below.

The 10 marks of Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience is allocated as per the following criteria.
Case 1 – If neither the candidate nor any person form his/her family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India. – (5 Marks)
Case 2 – If candidate is any of the following – (5 Marks)
- A widow
- The first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years (OR)
- The first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years.
Case 3 – If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas
Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste
nor a Backward Class. – (5 Marks)
Case 4 – Experience – One half (0.5) marks for each year or part thereof exceeding six months of experience (out of maximum of sixteen years) on the same or a higher post in any Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana. – (Maximum 8 Marks)
Note: No marks shall be awarded for any period less than six months.

Selection Procedure for HSSC Instructor 2019
The Selection Process is quite straightforward consisting of three stages mentioned below.
- Written Examination
- Socio-Economic Criteria
- Document Verification
Written Examination and Socio-Economic Criteria
The total 100 marks are assigned in total to the written exam and the Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience. The distribution of marks is divided as 90 marks for written examination and 10 marks for Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience. The marks allocated as per the Socio-Economic criteria and experience are according to the procedure given in the exam pattern above.
Document Verification
The candidates those who qualify on the basis of the merit will be called for the document verification. In the document verification process only those documents which were uploaded with the application form will be considered. Documents other than those uploaded even though valid or true will not be considered. As in general the documents required for document verification are as follows.

- Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
- SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/ PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate (if applicable).
- Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience (if applicable).
- Haryana Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
- Documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. on which basis candidate claim marks.
The candidates whose documents (after the scrutiny) are found to be true and valid will be given the final recruitment.
Result for HSSC Instructor 2019
To download the result candidates need to visit the official website (hssc.gov.in). The result will be constituted on the basis of written exam as well as the Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience. The total marks out of which the score will be calculated is 100 marks. The result will be a pdf file in which the roll numbers of the selected candidates will be mentioned. It will be available for download and the candidates can also take a print out of it for further use.

The total number of vacancies for all the 97 posts are 3206. The pay scale varies for the post but for most of the post it is Rs 35400 – 112400. The maximum number of posts are in Workshop Calculation & Science Instructor which are 244 in number.
