Karnataka TET Exam Pattern 2022 – Karnataka TET is a teacher eligibility test at the state level. KARTET is administered in accordance with the KARTET exam pattern established by the exam conducting authority. The KARTET exam format completely aligns with the NCTE norms for central and state TET exams. The KARTET test consists of two papers: paper 1 is for individuals who want to apply for primary level teachers (classes 1 to 5) and paper 2 is for those who want to apply for upper primary teachers (classes 6 to 8). Paper I Exam Pattern

Child Pedagogy, Social Studies, Language I, Language II, and Mathematics are the five subjects of the Karnataka TET exam paper 1. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that must be completed in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each question is worth one point.

Paper II Exam Pattern

The paper 2 exam is for people who want to teach at the higher primary level in Karnataka Government Schools. Except for the section on Science, the sections are comparable to those in Paper 1. The paper consists of 150 MCQs at 1 point each, which must be completed in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Check out the specifics below.

About Karnataka TET

At the state level, Karnataka, like other states, runs a teacher eligibility test. The Karnataka TET, or KARTET, is the name of the exam. The exam is administered by Karnataka’s Centralised Admission Cell. The exam’s main purpose is to assess the eligibility of individuals who want to serve as teachers in various government schools across Karnataka. The exam is divided into two parts: paper I is for those who wish to teach in the lower elementary grades, and paper II is for those who want to teach in the upper primary grades. Candidates who pass the KARTET receive a certificate of eligibility that is valid for up to seven years.
