PFRDA 2017- Pension Fund Regulatory Development and Authority was established by Government of India in August, 2003. Authorized by Ministry of Finance, the body promotes the old age pension security by establishing and regulating funds. According to the latest notification, PFRDA is going to organize an entrance level test for the recruitment of the eligible candidates for the post of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager). The exam is being conducted to fill 17 vacant positions in the various departments.

PFRDA Recruitment 2017 – Eligibility Criteria
A postgraduate degree with 55% marks for GEN and 50% for SC/ST in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration,/Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
An undergraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks for GEN and 50% for SC/ST in Law or LLM.
A first Class Graduate degree in Engineering / post graduate degree in Computers Application/ First Class Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate in Computers/ Information Technology of minimum 2 years duration (55% for SC/ST).
A post graduate degree in Hindi with 55% with English as one of the subjects at undergraduate level or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English /Economics/ Commerce with 55% with Hindi as a subject at undergraduate level (50% for SC).

PFRDA Recruitment 2017 – Admit Card
All the candidates who have applied for the exam will be able to download their admit card at www.pfrda.org.in for online examination. The candidates will also be intimated regarding the admit card availability via email/SMS to complete the PFRDA Recruitment 2017. Candidates can obtain the admit card by entering their

The applicants are required to affix a recent passport size photograph on the call letter. Please note that the affixed photo should be the same as provided during registration. The candidates will appear for the exam at the prescribed test centres with (i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof (iii) Photocopy of the same Photo Identity Proof as brought in original.

PFRDA Recruitment 2017 – Selection Process
The entire process will be based on the student’s performance in the Online Written test, Group discussion and interview. Please check the details below:-
The online examination will be Objective in type. The questions will be of Multiple Choice. There will be 5 options out of which, the candidate has to pick one which is the most appropriate one. The total marks for the online tests is 200 marks. The exam will be held during the month of May 2017. There will be negative marking for every answer marked incorrect. 1/4th mark will be deducted for every wrong answer marked by the candidate. The test will be available in Hindi and English both languages. The task must be completed within 120 minutes.
The questions will be consisted of topics from the following syllabus:- English Language/ Quantitative Aptitude/ Reasoning ability/ General Awareness and finance sector knowledge and Computer Literacy.
NOTE- The Candidates would be required to secure minimum marks separately for each section.
Group discussion & Interview
Once the candidates have fulfilled the minimum qualification criteria in each subject, the candidates will be shortlisted for next session that is Group discussion. The discussion will be designed to check the candidate’s capability to reason and knowledge related to social issues and others. There will be no marks as such but the performance will be a core factor in deciding the suitability of the candidates for the post based on the interview.
All the candidates who clear this round will proceed to next round that is interview. The candidates who are selected for the interview round, their names will be prepared in a list and will be published on the PFRDA website.
