The error displayed on screen usually follows the reason why the action happened. For example:- if any error pops up because the password entered was incorrect, then the system will show the error on the top of the screen. Therefore, you should ensure that credential details such as Date 0f Birth in DD-MM-YY format, Registeration Number is entered correctly.
