Reasoning: Analytical aptitude and ability to observe and distinguish patterns is tested through questions principally of non-verbal type. This component may include questions on analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, etc.
Note – The questions in all the above components is of Matriculation level.
General Knowledge/Current Affairs: Questions in this component is aimed at testing the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him/her. Questions is also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person. The test is also include questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Scientific Research etc. These Questions are such that they do not require a special study of any discipline.

Delhi Police Constable Application Form 2017
The Commission has devised a simplified format for the online application procedure. In this process, candidates may register once and may apply for any examination conducted by SSC.
One-time registration is the permanent database for candidates. The Registration ID and password provided by the system should be kept safely so that it can be used for any examination conducted by SSC. The Registration facility is available to the candidates throughout the year on website ssc.nic.in.
Registered candidates may log into the system and can proceed to application filling. The facility of online application (including payment of fees through debit card) will be available from 10-09-2016 to 10-10-2016 (5.00PM). However, candidates who wish to make the payment through challan of SBI, may make the payment to designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank upto 13-10-2016 provided the challan has been generated by them before 5.00 PM of 10-10-2016. The challan generation facility will be available upto 10.10.2016 (05:00 PM) only.
Delhi Police Constable Admit Card 2017
The admit cards/ call letter for the computer-based exam was uploaded on the website of Regional Offices of the Staff Selection Commission. It is mandatory for candidates to bring the hard copy of the admit card along with a valid id proof such as Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by University/College, Income Tax Pan Card in original to the examination center. No candidate was allowed to appear for the test without the following documents.
Registration for PST/PE&MT for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2017
The Staff Selection Commission has published a list of candidates who were not considered by the Delhi Police candidates concerned are requested to immediately confirm the link provided below as to whether they are inclined to attend PST/PE&MT to be conducted shortly by the Delhi Police in case they have prima facie proof of being OBC, so as to consider/process their claim under the OBC category.
