Tripura TET
The Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) exam of Tripura is a qualifying examination. Eligible candidates in the state, who aspire to become teachers of various government and recognized privatized institutions in Tripura take the test every year. This is because having a TET certificate is mandatory for recruitment as a teacher.
The exam consists of two papers namely Paper-I & II. Paper-I is for those who aspire to qualify for teaching at the primary level i.e. Class I to V. On the other hand, the Paper-II is for those who aspire to qualify as teachers of the elementary level; i.e. Class VI to VIII. Therefore, those who aspire to qualify as teachers of both primary and elementary levels must take the test for both papers and qualify with the minimum marks.
