Overview of TS SET Exam – 

The Telangana State Examination is conducted every year by Osmania University. It is a state-level examination. It is conducted for the recruitment of Assistant professors and lecturers in the state.

TS SET 2022 Eligibility Criteria  

Candidates should have the following criteria to apply for the TS SET Examination.

• Candidates should have a Master’s Degree with 55% are eligible for the TS SET Examination.
• The Scheduled Caste (SC)or Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Persons with Disability category candidates who have secured at least 50% are eligible for this test.
• The candidates who are pursuing a Master’s Degree course or appeared in the final year of qualifying Master degree whose result is awaited can apply for the exam.
• PhD candidates who completed their Master’s level examination by 19th September 1991, required 50% (5% relaxation) to apply for SET.

Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for Telangana State SET.

TS SET 2022 Exam Pattern

Some important information about the TS SET Exam pattern have been discussed below::

•  The exam contains two papers.
•  The mode of Exam is CBT(, Computer-based test)
• The question type will be objective (Paper I+Paper II)
• Total 150 questions, each question carrying 2 marks.
• TotLanguage for Both the Papers will be English and Telugu.
• The duration is 180 minutes.

TS SET Preparation

The preparation for the TS SET Examination is not as easy as it appears. Aspirants should have determination, perseverance, and dedication to crack the same. A good study plan should be also added to their preparation, especially the last one month to the exam date is very crucial, candidates need to spend at least 12 hours per day preparing to get a position in the examination. Some preparation tips for the candidates have been given below :

3. The candidate should practice mock tests through the previous year’s question papers.

TS SET 2022 Admit Card

The candidates can download the admit card for the TS SET exam on the official site: telanganaset.org. Candidates get the venue of the examination centre on their admit card. No offline advantage is available for the same. After downloading their TS SET 2022 admit card, the candidate must keep a printout to carry at the examination centre, without this they couldn’t get entry at the centre.

TS SET Answer Key 2022 

 The Department of School Education, the government of Telangana State releases the Answer key for the TS SET Examination on its official website, telanganaset.org. Candidates can download the TS SET Answer Key through login credentials such as application ID and password. Answer key is helpful for the candidates, in calculating marks distribution. The provisional answer key may sometimes vary from the final one. Applicants can take the help of both, the official and unofficial Answer key respectively to calculate their scores. If the candidates can find incorrect answers in the Answer key, they can raise objections online.

TS SET 2022 Result

After releasing the final Answer key, Osmania university declares the final TS SET 2022 result. Candidates can get their results through telanganaset.org. The aspirants need to enter their admit card number and date of birth to check the result. Only 06% of the applicants can obtain the cut-off marks and have been declared as SET Qualified.
