Result for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
Result of Preliminary Examination & Main Examination is announced separately by the Delhi Court. The final merit list is published on the official website. The result of the preliminary examination is based on the answer key which is released by the Delhi High Court. Candidate must note that the result of all the stages is available for download at official website in pdf form.
Application Form for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
The candidates will submit the application online through official website (delhihighcourt.nic.in) as per the schedule. The candidates can take a printout of Application and keep it for future reference. They need not send the print out of the online application to the High Court.

Eligibility Criteria for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
The foremost requirement to give the exam is to pass the eligibility criteria. The proof of eligibility may be asked at any stage of the recruitment and the candidate failing to provide the same will be rejected. The eligibility criteria as decided by the High Court of Delhi is as follows.
- The candidate must be a Citizen of India;
- A person practicing as an Advocate in India or a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 is eligible to apply
Age Limit
Applicant must not be more than 32 years of age as on January 01, 2020. However relaxation in age is provided to category candidates or PWD candidates
Age Relaxation
- In the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes, the upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years.
- The upper age limit is also relaxable maximum by 5 years in the case of Ex-Servicemen.
- The Short Service Commissioned officers who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within 6 months) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency; or on account of physical disability attributable to military service or on invalidment.
- The upper age limit for persons with disabilities is relaxable by 10 years.
- General category disabled candidates would thus be eligible for age relaxation up to 10 years and SC/ST category disabled candidates would be eligible for age relaxation up to 15 years.
Admit Card for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
Delhi Judicial Service Admit card will be made available on the website under the login portal. No other communication like post/ courier/ newspaper notification will be being sent. Candidate can download their admit card from the website and should take the print-out of the Delhi Judicial Service Exam Admit Card 2019 for the exam using Online Application Number and other details asked and bring the same at the time of the exam.
Exam Pattern for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
Delhi Judicial Service Examination will be held in two successive stages and the candidates will have to clear each stage to qualify the examination. The exam will be conducted as per the exam pattern decided by the High Court of Delhi as follows.
Preliminary Examination
- Mode of exam: Objective Type
- Negative Marking: 25% marks will be deducted
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Exam based on Prelims.
Main Examination
- Mode of exam: Written
- Candidates will be called for the Viva voce based on Mains.
Selection Process
The candidate will be selected after the completion of all the stages of the examination. The selection procedure flow is given below.

The candidates qualifying the preliminary exam will be called to write the main exam. The main exam qualified candidates will be called for the viva voce. The preliminary exam will be qualifying in nature and the final selection will be done on the basis of marks scored in main exam (written) and the viva voce.
Answer Key for Delhi Judicial Service 2019
The answer key will be released for the Delhi Judicial Service 2019 on the official website (delhihighcourt.nic.in). However the answer key will be released for the objective type paper only which is the preliminary examination. The answer key will not be released for the main examination. The candidate can download the answer key as per the schedule after the conduction of the exam. It can be used to calculate the performance in the exam before the declaration of the result.

Q. Which are the documents that are required to sent at the time of application process?
A. No documents are required to be sent at the time of application for preliminary examination. Scrutiny of the documents will be carried out at the time of Interview stage later on.
Q. I have entered some incorrect details in the Online Application Form. How can I correct the same?
A. There is no provision to edit the application later on after the submission. So the candidates are advised to take great care while filling the application form.
Q. What if I do not have an email Id?
A. Email Id is mandatory to be able to apply for the Delhi Judicial Service 2019. If you don’t have a email id, make a new one as it can be made in no time at free of cost.
Q. I did not receive the email intimation for registration of my application?
A. “Email-ID / User ID”, “Date of Birth”, “Post Applied” and “Password” are sent by auto-response Confirmation emails. Delivery of these emails purely depends upon the correctness of email Id provided, Policy of your email Id Service Provider to accept and Divert such emails under spam mails or bounce back of such mails without accepting it due to heavy number of emails generated. So check your spam/trash folder if you didn’t receive the intimation.
