RPF Medical 2019 – After the completion of all the stages of the exam, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) conducts the medical exam for the students who clear all the rounds of the recruitment process in SI and Constable. The final appointment of the candidates is on the basis of the medical test. The RPF Medical examination 2019 checks that the candidates are eligible to carry out the duties for the post or not. RPF Medical Exam 2019: Eligibility Conditions for SI and Constable
It is important for the students to know the eligibility conditions for the medical exam which is conducted by the RPF / RPSF. Check the pointers mentioned below.
- Candidates eligible for the document verification are going to appear for the medical exam at the railway hospitals.
- Only those candidates are eligible for the DV round who clears the CBT, PET, and PMT.
RPF SI and Constable Medical Standards 2019
The medical standards for both RPF Sub-Inspector and Constable are the same. The medical examination takes place after the completion of the document verification round. Candidates are sent to the Railway Hospitals for the same. Students need to fulfill the medical category B-1 as per laid in the Indian Railway Medical Manual. It should be noted that candidates wearing glasses, having a flat foot, knock-knee, squint eyes, color blindness, and other bodily defects shall be termed as disqualified.

RPF Training 2019 (SI and Constable)
Those candidates who will clear all the rounds will undergo rigorous training initially. For training, the students need to report at any one of the RPF / RPSF training center or any other institution as per decided by the board. It is mandatory for the candidates to clear the final exam to be eligible for the appointment in force.
RPF Constable – Candidates who will be recruited for the post of RPF Constable will be appointed on the pay scale of Rs 21,700/- plus other allowances as admissible under the Railway Rules during the period of training.
RPF SI – Aspirants are going to be appointed for the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) on the pay scale of 6 of 7th CPC matrix with initial pay of Rs 35,400 and other allowances.

About RPF Recruitment
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released a total of 8619 and 1120 vacancies for Constable and Sub-Inspector (SI) respectively. The shortlisting of the candidates is done on the basis of three stages which is a Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Document Verification (DV). The final appointment of the candidates is done as per the medical exam held at the railway hospitals. Candidates who clear all the rounds and fails to pass the medical exam will not be eligible to be recruited for the post.
