Step 2 – Next, the candidates get two options for:

  • Fetched based on – Name and Date of Birth.
  • Fetched based on – E-mail Id and Date of Birth.

Step 3 – Candidates who choose Name and Date of Birth option, then have to enter Registration Name, Registered Mother Name, and Date of Birth.

How to Download RRB JE Admit Card 2019

The admit card of RRB JE 2019 is only released online, on the RRB JE Login available at zonal website of RRBs. The candidates need to follow the steps below to download it:

Step 2 – To access the login and download RRB JE admit card, the candidate need to enter:

  • Registration Number
  • Date of Birth

Step 3 – After entering the details, click on the “Login” button and download the admit card.

If candidates have entered incorrect details, they may use the “Cancel” button to change the details. The candidates should also know that the admit card of RRB JE 2019 has to be carried as a hard copy on the exam day. The e-call letter is not accepted at the exam hall.

In the admit card of REB JE 2019, there is a space of Self Declaration, signature, and thumb impress. Candidates have to fill Self Declaration and put signature and thumb impression in front of the invigilator, at the exam hall.

  • Signature should be the same as that uploaded in the application form of RRB JE.
  • Candidates have to put left thumb impression.

RRB JE SC / ST Pass 2019

Candidates who belong to SC / ST category and also submitted the required certificates during the application process can download travel pass with RRB JE Admit Card 2019. The RRB JE travel pass is a document, which candidates have to carry throughout their journey to the exam city and the candidate can travel for free.

The pass only works on the train journey. You will be asked to show it by the TT. Make sure you carry it as a hard copy. Along with the pass, the candidates are also supposed to show the valid  It is also available at the login of RRB JE 2019.

Guidelines related to the RRB JE Admit Card 2019

  • It is compulsory to bring the Admit Card on the day of exam, a candidate isn’t allowed to take the exam in absence of the Admit Card. The RRB JE Admit Card is needed during all stages of examination.
  • Candidates must also bring two colour photographs (of size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm), with clear front view of the candidate without cap and sunglasses, for appearing in the written examination.
  • A candidate should also bring a Photo ID – Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Government Employee ID Cardon the Examination day,
  • SC/ST category Candidates who want to avail the ”Free Travel authority” should bring their Caste Certificate while travelling, as the Reservation Clerk  verifies the authenticity of the claim.
  • Electric gadgets and calculators are not allowed inside the Examination premises. A candidate must not enter the premises with an electrical device, as even if the gadget is in the switched off mode, the candidature is cancelled.
  • A candidate must carefully go through the instruction prescribed in the Admit Card. Not complying with the rules can result in the cancellation of candidature.
  • Just the issue of Admit Card doesn’t mean that a candidate is selected

Facility of a scribe

Candidates, who are visually handicapped or whose writing speed is slow because of cerebral palsy can utilize the facility of a scribe. The candidates must arrange their own scribes and produce their Admit Cards too. All one eyed candidates and VH candidates whose visual degree of disability is less than 40% are not considered as Visually Handicapped persons and the provision for engaging SCRIBE is not applicable in this case.
