Latest: RRB NTPC is expected to be held between the month of June and September 2019. Hence, the newspapers are reporting that RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019 will be available in the month of June.

Do note that:

  • Before the release of the admit card, RRB will announce RRB NTPC Exam Date, City, and Mock Test.
  • RRB NTPC Admit Card Date for release is announced via notice first. The notice is uploaded on all the official zonal website of 21 RRBs.

What is RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019 Date?

As per CEN 01/2019, the admit card for RRB NTPC is to release 10 days before the CBT. Only eligible candidates can download it and no copy of it will be sent via post or any other medium.

How to Download RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019?

The admit card of RRB NTPC 2019 is only released online, on the login of RRB NTPC 2019. The candidates can download it by following the steps below:

Step 1 – Go to the official website of the RRB, which you selected during the application process.

Step 2 – On the official website look for “CEN 01/2019 Admit Card” link.

Step 3 – On clicking the link, the candidates are directed to a login portal and to access it following details are to be entered:

  • Registration Number.
  • Date of Birth.

Step 4 – Next, the candidates have to click and on the login button and download the admit card from the dashboard.

Only those candidates get RRB NTPC Admit Card, who receive positive application status. The candidates need to carry admit card on the exam day. However, only the print copy is accepted on the exam day. So make sure you download the RRB NTPC Hall Ticket and get printed on an A-4 sheet.

Self Declaration on RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019 – In the admit card, there is a section for self-declaration. The candidates are to leave this section blank. There is space for:

  • Self Declaration
  • Signature
  • Left Thumb Impression (LTI)

Candidates have to fill this section in the presence of the invigilator only and then hand it over. The signature should not be in all capital and if the deceleration is filled in advance, it shall be rejected.

Documents to Carry with RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019

Along with the admit card of RRB NTPC 2019 the candidates also need to carry few important documents. These are as follows:

A Valid ID Proof.
Passport Size Photograph.
SC / ST Pass (Travel Pass).
RRB NTPC Call Letter for Scribe.
Valid ID of Scribe (if applicable).
1 Passport Size Photo of the Scribe (if applicable).

A Valid ID Proof can be – Candidates have to carry any of the valid id proof in original on the exam day.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Printout of e-Aadhaar (not Xerox copy of Aadhaar)
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Identity Card issued by the employer (if Govt. employee)
  • College / University Photo ID card

Passport Size Photo specification – The photo should be the same as that uploaded in the application form and the specification for it are as follows:

  • The Size of the photo should be 3.5 mm X 4.5 mm
  • The photograph should be clear and without goggles or cap.
  • The photo should view the front side of the candidate.
  • The photograph should be in proportionate size.

Candidates who are affected from Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Locomotor Disability, or Intellectual disability and indicates the same for scribe in the application form need to download RRB NTPC Scribe Admit Card as well.

  • The process to download the hall ticket for scribe is the same as above.

Candidates need to get their own scribe – The candidates have to arrange for their scribe and RRB does not provide the facility. The qualification of the scribe should be below that of the candidates. During the examination, the candidate is responsible for the conduct of scribe.

Did Not Apply for Scribe? No Worry You Can Still Get It – Candidates who did not apply for scribe in the application for of RRB on-Technical Popular Categories can still get it. To do so, the candidates need to carry the scribe at the centre and fill necessary details in Format given at Annexure V(D) at the centre.

Is It Possible to Change Scribe? – Yes, it is possible to change scribe but only in the case of an emergency. The candidates need to provide a valid reason for the change and the relevant details with the photo of the new scribe are to be entered in new scribe for, as per Annexure V(D).

How to Get RRN NTPC Travel Pass (SC / ST Pass)?

The SC / ST Pass of RRB NTPC is also released online, The candidates can download it from the login by entering registration number and date of birth. Only those candidates get it who uploaded the caste certificate in the application form. It is only applicable in sleeper class.

The candidates have to carry it on during their train journey to the exam city and they can travel for free. However, it should be noted that it only works on train and candidate have to produce it whenever TT asks for it. Also, keep it safe because it is needed while going and coming back from the exam city.
