MahaTET Hall Ticket is released for the candidates who are going to appear in the examination. About Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test

This examination is an important milestone for teachers and aspiring teachers who wish to teach primary and upper primary classes in the Zila Parishad Schools, Municipal Schools, and Private Institutions. There are more than 72,000 government and aided schools in Maharashtra, and more than 2.2 lakh primary teachers in these schools.

55% of the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Vimukta Jatis / Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Classes, Other Backward Classes and Disabled candidates will be considered as having passed at least 60% marks in this examination.
