How to apply

- Navigate to Online Recruitment Application (ORA).
- Apply by entering details asked for in the form.
- Application fee of Rs 25 (twenty five only) has to be remitted either online or by going to SBI bank branch.
There will be a recruitment test that will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. It will be of two hours duration. The syllabus of the test will broadly be as follows.
- Current Events and Developmental Issues
- General Accounting Principles
- General English
- General Mental Ability and Quantitative Aptitude
- General Science and knowledge of Computer applications
- Indian Freedom Struggle
- Indian Polity and Economy
- Industrial Relations and Labour Laws
- Social Security in India
There will also be an interview for shortlisted candidates. The weightage for recruitment test and interviews will be as decided by UPSC.
Candidates who apply within the given dates will be issued admit card to attend the recruitment test. UPSC Admit Card for various recruitment posts are released at upsconline.nic.in. Once you have applied, check the official website at regular intervals to get to know the exam date and availability of admit card. It is important to carry the officially issued admit card on the day of RT. Separate call letters will also be given for interviews, as is the norm.
A little while after the exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, UPSC will announce UPSC EPFO Result of exam held on 26 Feb 2017. Candidates can check results online. Those who get shortlisted can follow instructions for joining or further rounds as applicable.
