5:00 AM – 6:00 AM Heath is Wealth!…Walk and Meditation –

Going for a morning walk or doing meditation give you the feeling of immense peace. It must be remembered that these two simple activities magically affect our brain cells and do not make you feel lethargic for the rest of the day.

6:00 AM – 6:45 AM Food is Life!…Meal 1 –

Have a refreshing glass of fresh Juice and take some almonds and other protein-rich nuts to give you an instant energy boost to begin the studies.

7:00 AM – 09:00 AM Work it, Make it!…Study Session 1 – 

This will be the best time to study. If you find a topic difficult to understand, do the trick and start the topic in the morning study session. The candidates would be surprised to see that they will be able to reckon the topics they couldn’t otherwise.

09:00 AM – 10:00 AM Your Brain Needs Food!…Meal 2 –

This meal will be like a fuel you will give a refreshing break to your body and mind before you continue studying. Include all the benefiting proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in your diet. This meal will provide you enough boost to stay alert and energetic while studying.

10:00 AM – 01:00 PM Study Now, Success Later!…Study Session 2 –

This will be your 2nd study session so you need to divide the session into three parts and take a 10-minute break between each session. During these three sessions take two difficult and one easy topic and study it alternatively.

01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Eat Light!…Lunch Break – 

This break must be utilized very smartly. Candidates must not be focussing on filling their stomach in this break. Instead, take small and healthy foods to get the best out of the meal and the break. Candidates must avoid rice in this meal otherwise they might feel lethargic while studying.

02:00 PM – 05:00 PM Nothing Comes Easy!…Study Session 3 –

This will be the third study session and candidates must take advantage of this session and confidently continue studying. In summers, this will be the most difficult time for study because of the heat and the food you just had. So, choose a topic which intrigue you.

05:00 PM – 05:30 PM Do Not Overstress!…Short break –

This break is just to provide you some fresh air. After this, you will not feel tired and will not lose interest. During this break, do something that you like. You can utilize this break to watch some motivational videos, have tea, go for a brisk walk, talk to a friend, go to the gym, etc.

05:30 PM – 08:00 PM Most Crucial Time!…Study Session 4 –

Since this will be the fourth and the last study session, the students must not do the hard work at this time and focus only on what they have studied all day. The students must go through all the short notes they have prepared all day so that they retain what they have studied.

08:00 PM – 09:00 PM Family Time!…Dinner and Spend some time with family or friends –

Since you have studied for the day, you can now completely relax and have a nice dinner. but make sure you don’t eat too much fat. Having a light and healthy dinner will make sure you wake up fresh again the next day.

Since your day has ended and you will be sleeping in some time, prefer to spend this time with your family members. This will instantly cheer up your mood and you will be able to sleep well

09:00 PM – 10:00 PM Do Not Let the Memory Fade!…Revision is Important – 

During this time, you must make sure to revise whatever you have studied all day. Doing this will help you gain confidence and you will be able to sleep peacefully.

10:00 PM Most Importantly!…Bedtime –

This is the perfect time to sleep to get the quality sleep for 6 hours. The students must switch off their mobile phones at this time and sleep with a peaceful mind.

UPSC Civil Services Study Time Table For Night Owls

Now, this might change the way some students look at exam preparation strategy or it will be completely relatable to some other. Opinions may vary. You can be really comfortable studying in the daytime or you can be highly concentrated in the night. 12:30 AM – 02:00 PM Its just the beginning – Study session 1

This is your first study session but don’t overload yourself with the difficult topics. Since you are a night owl, you are naturally more concentrated during the night hours. So save the workload for the night and study the easy to remember topics in this session.

02:00 PM – 03:00 PM Where’s the food? – Lunch Break

Who will not prefer a nice platter that fills not just your stomach but your soul as well? Bring to the table the delicacies and enjoy. You have all the time for your stomach.

03:00 PM – 05:00 PM Set goals and take action. Study Session – 2

This is your second study session and during this time period, you must analyze the topics you are confident about. It will be easier for you to master them in these hours.

05:00 PM – 05:30 PM Take a break…Leave it to the music

Just like knowledge fill your brain, music fills your soul. Experts have recognized that listening to good music releases relaxing hormones which have an awesome effect on the brain cells. You can also incorporate slow walking at a park with it and relax.

05:45 PM – 08:45 PM I can and I will – Study session – 3

After the break taken above, you will definitely be enough motivated to do justice to your passion and make your efforts count. On a difficulty scale of 0-10 take over the topics you find somewhere between 5-7. Also, since you are slowly reaching toward your favorite hours of studying, you can begin to take notes of what you will study in the next session.

08:45 PM – 09:00 PP Close friends = No stress

The best time of the day is the time you spend with the shut ones. Have this time exclusively reserved for your close friends, family or anyone you are the closest with. Exchange happiness and stay refreshed.

09:00 PM – 10:00 PM Dinner – Better when you eat together

One thing must be remembered that those who eat together always stay together. So make sure you have your dinner with your family members. Sit together, enjoy it. This is the most precious time unstoppable’s.

10:00 PM – 12:00 AM Let your hustle make the noise – Study session 4

So finally it’s your favorite time to study and you can have your difficult topics mastered during this time period. At this time period, all the disturbances would get eliminated as you like and it will be just you and your precious friends, books. Study well, stay smart.

12:00 AM – 12:30 AM “You can do it” – Coffee

After studying such a long time you know its the time for a brewing cup of coffee. This one cup of happiness will relax your senses and you will not feel sleepy. Relax your muscles and enjoy your coffee.

12:30 AM – 02:30 AM Be a Warrior, not a Worrier – Final revision session

This is your last study session of the day. Remember that this session is exclusively for revision of what you have studied the whole day. All the short notes you have prepared, all of the highlights, you will revise each and every piece of knowledge you studied all through the day. This is an effective way of studying and makes you confident about what you have studied.

2:30 AM Time to sleep – Bedtime hustler.

So the day has perfectly ended and the bed will be calling you. You must make sure to pack your books and keep them in a safe place. Be thankful for the knowledge you gained through the day and sleep peacefully.
