- Panchayat Secretary (Grade-V): Candidates should possess a bachelor degree from any unversity in India or an Institution recognized by the UGC.
- Village Revenue Officer (Grade-II): Candidates must have passed 10th Examination which is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent to that.
- ANMs (Grade-III): Candidate must have passed 10th Examination. Candidates must have completed either of the following courses – 18/24 months MPHA(F) course or 2 years MPHVWV (F) course. Also, the candidate must have completed either – 1-year clinical training in a selected government hospital or 1-year training in identified hospitals. Candidate must be physically fit and those candidates who have passed intermediate vocational MPHVWV (F) course must be registered in A.P. Para Medical Board. Such candidates must be registered in AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council.
- Animal Husbandry Assistant: Candidate must have passed either of the following courses – 2 years Animal Husbandry Polytechnic Course by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati or an intermediate vocational course in Dairing and Poultry science or 2-year poultry diploma course by Polytechnic College Ramachandrapuram or 2 years Intermediate Vocational Course in Multi-Purpose Veterinary Assistant (MPVA).
- Village Fisheries Assistant: Candidate must have passed Fisheries Polytechnic Diploma/ Intermediate with Vocational course in Fisheries/ Aquaculture/ Four yeara B.F.Sc degree/ B.Sc (Fisheries/ Aquaculture) or M.Sc (Fisheries Science/ Fisheries Biology/ Aquaculture/ Capture and Culture Fisheries/ Marine Biology/ Coastal Aquaculture/ Oceanography/ Industrial Fisheries) from any recognized university.
- Village Horticulture Assistant: Candidate must have passed four years B.Sc (Horticulture)/ B.Sc (H) Horticulture/ B.Tech Horticulture from any state-recognized university or accredited by ICAR and Ministry of Agriculture and farmers Welfare (MAFW), Government of India.
- Village Agriculture Assistant (Grade-II): Candidate must have passed four-years B.Sc (Agriculture/ Commerical Agriculture and Business Management) or four-years B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering) from any recognized university accredited by ICAR and Ministry of Agriculture and farmers Welfare (MAFW), Government of India or two-years Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic/ Agriculture Polytechnic (Seed Technology/ Organic farming/ Agriculture Engineering) recognized by Acharya N.G Ranga Agriculture University.
- Village Sericulture Assistant: Candidate must have passed Intermediate Vocational Course in Sericulture/ B.Sc with SericuIture/ B.Sc with Graduate Diploma in Sericulture/ M.Sc. Sericulture / M .Sc Seri Biotechnology/ M.Sc Applied Sciences with Sericulture.
- Mahila Police and Women & Child Welfare Assistant / Ward Women & Weaker Sections Protection Secretary (Female): Candidates must have passed the bachelor degree from any recognized university in India maintained or incorporated by central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act an Institution recognized by the UGC or by a recognized State Board of Technical Education and training.
- Engineering Assistant (Grade-II): Candidate must have a diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training AP or should have a bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university in India maintained or incorporated by central Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the UGC.
- Panchayat Secretary (Grade-VI) Digital Assistant: Candidate must have passed the degree or diploma in any of the following disciplines – Electrical, Electronics, Computers, IT, Instrumentation, BCA/ MCA from any recognized university in India, an Institution recognized by the UGC or by a recognized State Board of Technical Education and training. The candidate must have computer as one of the subjects during such degree or diploma.
- Village Surveyor (Grade-III): Candidates must have passed NCVT certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) with surveying as one of the subjects recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any institute recognized by the state government in India/ must have passed Intermediate (Vocational) course with surveying as one of the subjects which are conducted by Board of Intermediate of Andhra Pradesh/ must have passed Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent to that from a recognized university or institution under the Acts, by GoAP or Govt. of India or must have obtained a Licensed certificate issued by the Commissioner/ Director of Survey, Settlements & Land Records, Andhra Pradesh.
